Ann Dunlop - Honorary President
Founder of the Cleveland Pools Trust bringing vision, commitment, passion, and organisational skills.

Paul Simons - Chair   
Architect and past Lethaby Scholar with the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. Experienced in restoring historic buildings. Former Head of Tourism Bath, Vice-Chair of the National Heritage Training Group and Vice-President of the European Spas Association.

Ina Harris - Deputy Chair and Head of Fundraising  
experience in running multi-million pound government programmes.

Ronny Helvey - Head of Marketing   
Worked for various UK retail giants for thirty years, the latest an 8-year stint as Marketing Director for clothing brand "Joules". A branding consultant since 2017, brings his skills to the project for its delivery stage.

Roger Houghton - Founder, IT and Community Engagement Adviser 
Providing IT support and advising on community engagement. Manager of the Percy Community Centre in Bath.

Andy Mullett - Treasurer
Chartered Accountant with a wide range of Charity and Not for Profit experience, most recently as Head of Finance for Bath Tourism Plus. Responsible for financial and strategic planning, including cost plans and cashflows.

Mary Sabina-Stacey 
Led the successful Combe Down Stone Mines project in the 'noughties', Headed the 2015 Bicentenary celebrations including the '200 Years of Bathing' fashion Show and 'Party at the Pools'. 

Jeff Hughes
A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 40 years' experience within the water industry, embracing the design, construction and project management of a wide variety of projects, in the UK and Portugal.


Dr Linda Watts - Research 
Local government background in research and community development. Made a significant contribution to Heritage Lottery Fund applications. Now collating historical research; giving talks to local organisations; collaborating with Bath universities for student placements.

Sally Helvey - Head of Talks & Tours  
Marketing trustee when National Lottery Heritage Fund grant was secured in December 2018. Has been fully involved since May 2012, and now provides talks, tours, and connecting with former swimmers.

Anna Baker -  Project Director

Anna is a project manager and chartered architect with a particular interest in historic buildings and experience in a wide range of construction projects.

Sam Grief - Community Engagement and Volunteer Officer

Bath resident Sam has over 15 years experiencing delivering community projects. She has a particular interest in wellbeing and a passion for outdoor swimming.

Sharron Davies MBE

Professor June Hannam

   Stephanie Millward MBE

Olympic, commonwealth, world and European swimming medalist and holder of over 200 British records and 3 World Masters records. Competed 3 Olympics. Ambassador for British Olympic association bid team London 2012. Working mum of 3 and campaigner for a fitter society, starting with our youngsters.

A specialist in labour and women’s history from the late nineteenth century to 1940s. Has published books on socialism and feminism in that period and undertaken local research into suffragette activity in Bath. Helps run the Larkhall History Society and co-chairs the West of England and South Wales Women’s History Network. 

Double Paralympic Gold Medallist, 10 times Paralympic medallist, 4x world champion, 15 x European Gold Medallist, numerous British and European records and three times World record Holder.
Enjoys inspiring everyone to be the best they possibly can be. Dreams really do come true!
