Help shape the future of Cleveland Pools.

We’re shaping the next chapter with the community. Swimming will remain at the heart of Cleveland Pools, but we’re exploring how the site could could also support community, wellbeing, heritage and nature.

We especially want to hear from people and groups who many not have been part of the conversation so far. Everyone who takes part in this consultation and shares their email address will be entered into a prize draw to win a limited edition Cleveland Pools Finisterre Changing Robe; this includes anyone who has already shared their views at our Open Day or taken part in this consultation.

Cleveland Pools “Have your say” prize draw: terms and conditions

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Cleveland Pools Trust, registered charity number 1109433, at address Hampton Row, Bath, Somerset, BA2 6BJ.

  2. Eligibility. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Under-18s may enter with the consent of a parent or guardian. Trustees of Cleveland Pools Trust, and anyone directly involved in running the draw, are not eligible.

  3. How to enter. You can enter by completing the “Have your say” survey on this page and providing an email address for the draw, or by taking part in a consultation interview or workshop. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Each person may enter only once.

  4. Closing date. The draw closes at 11:59pm on 31st December 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

  5. Prize. There is one prize: a limited-edition Cleveland Pools Finisterre changing robe. There is no cash alternative. Sizes are subject to availability. The promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  6. Winner selection. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date.

  7. Notification. The winner will be contacted by email. If the winner doesn’t respond within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.

  8. Publicity. The winner’s first name and county will be available on request. With the winner’s consent, the promoter may share their first name and a photo.

  9. Your data. Contact details collected for the draw will be used only to run the draw and contact the winner, unless you separately opt in to hear from us. They will be deleted once the draw is complete. Survey responses are analysed separately from draw entries. See our privacy policy.

  10. General. The promoter’s decision is final. This draw is not sponsored or endorsed by Finisterre. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
